Bound in Arabia.

I have been very elated since Wednesday because of this. I passed the UPCAT and I’ll prolly be an Iska soon. :>

I received the news around 9 or 10 PM last Wednesday during my rounds at the camp. Yes, we were having our school camp in Aziziah that time. As part of the senior scout staff, I had to monitor if the troops are doing their assigned activities. A classmate and friend of mine, Jake — and, mind you, a fellow UPCAT passer — told me that I passed UPCAT as what his mom told him on the phone. I was shocked, of course. My brother and his friend were both joking me about treating them out soon. And I just stood there, shocked out of my wits, still asking Jake if it’s really true. He said it is, and I further confirmed the news when I saw several congratulatory wall posts from AAIS teachers and alumni on my facebook account (courtesy of 0.fb XD).

UP Diliman is one of my dream schools. I don’t know why but ever since first year high, I’ve been dreaming of the days when the next school I will study in is UP-D. And now, I could say, this is definitely a dream come true. :)

BS Mathematics is one of my options. And I passed despite the cut-off in UP-D. Though I didn’t pass BS Business Administration and Accountancy, my first choice in UP-D, I still am honored to be part of the 2012 UPCAT passers. This is such a big blessing. I’ve been thanking God for days and I praise Him. He has shown wonderful things to me, this being part of those. Hands down, Lord. :)

To my family, all le friends, and my AAIS family, thank you for serving as my inspirations when I was taking the test. This is just the beginning. I still have a goal to make y’all proud of me in the future. :) Thank You, Lord; You are great! :)
